4W’s Informative texts
This term, students in 4W have been reading the text ‘Deadly Science’, an informative book about the Solar System. We have been focussing on using subheadings in our own writing to help organise relevant information into clear paragraphs. In this learning task, students applied what they had been learning in English to create their own multimodal informative text about a planet or body in our solar system. Students loved publishing their work in Canva and using different design elements to help achieve the purpose of their informative text.Â
